STEEL PIPE FITTINGS
The seamless
carbon
steel welding fittings, such as: Elbows, Reducers, Tees and
Caps, supplied by us are
produced from seamless steel tubing and furnished in
accordance with ASTM Standards A234. The dimension,
beveled ends
and tolerances are according to ANSI B16.9 "Wrought Steel Butt welding Fittings".
The short radius Elbows' dimension,
beveled ends
and tolerances are according to ANSI B16.28."Wrought
Steel Butt welding Short Radius Elbows and Returns".
The Pipe Fittings are used for petroleum industry, such as,
petroleum and chemical refineries, oil fields, power
stations, ship building, etc.

| Elbows |
|
| The
elbows are produced by advanced drawing process of
intermediate frequency induction heating. This process is
the most up-to-date in the world for elbows forming. After
this producing process, the elbows are into next
process of reforming for shape, heat treatment,
bevel cutting and so on. With a serious quality
control system, we have persisted 100%
inspection for all products. |

elbows we supplied are from 1/2" to
48" in size and various
wall thickness. |

| Concentric
Reducers, and Eccentric Reducers |

| Butt
Weld Concentric Reducers, and Eccentric Reducers are
made from seamless carbon steel pipes, the production
is by heating process. The dimension, beveled ends and
tolerance are according to ANSI B16.9, materials
standards are ASTM A234 WPB and so on. |

| Tees |
|
| Seamless
Butt-weld Tees are made by seamless carbon steel pipes
which are produced by heating pressure (6￣ and
above) and cold hydraulic pressure extrusion process
(less than 6￣), it can keep the shape and size
nicety and exact. The cold pressure produce method
tees shall be normalized by stress released heat
treatment. |
